Guest access
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* Guests can access only the small pool at the back of the building.
* Washer/dryer available in the unit.
* Parking is free.
* No smoking inside/balcony!
* No mailbox for this location.
* Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the premises.
* Must climb stairs.
* Please review the house rules.
* State Identification Card or Driver’s License copy will be requested upon booking.
* NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250.00 fine.
* Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
* Gatherings of more than 10 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
* House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
* You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
* NO SMOKING inside as well as on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the condo and/or linens.
* Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
* Only the initial amount of toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
* Crib/Pack n Play and High chair and child safety items provided, (but guests are responsible for their own safety and usage) these items are provided for convenience.
* Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
* Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave condo)
* Beach Towels are provided for your convenience,(do not use bath towels) please make sure it’s washed, folded, and put back in the original spot after use.
* Condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact us immediately for any questions or concerns.
